Educational Qualification
Passed B.Sc. Nursing Degree of this University, or any other University accepted as equivalent
Registered with the State Registration Council of Nursing and Midwifery
Work Experience
B.Sc. Nursing graduates: minimum one year of experience in a hospital, College/School of Nursing, or Community Health Programme after State Nursing Council registration
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidates: minimum one year of work experience, prior to or after the programme
Additional Requirements
Male candidates must have passed a course recommended by the Indian Nursing Council in place of Midwifery; those who studied Midwifery are eligible for admission to Branch III and IV
A Medical Fitness Certificate from an authorized Medical Officer must be submitted to the Principal before admission
